Needs a better variety of braiding hair that does not contain kanekalon. That stuff makes your scalp irritated and has endocrine disruptor and cancer causing agents. Look at BSW down the street for this kind of hair. Good store but sucks with variety of braiding hair. Also y'all need to be transparent about the price tags!

Great service kinda confusing to navigate so many items but good products

I don’t what happen with this people I just going to bought an item then the item was so tall and I don’t saw any employee they would help me get it for me. I see a stair I just going to take it and an Asian old lady take it too but with a bad attitude saying that an employee should help me. I was there to buy something with own money that’s it , not for they give a bad attitude. I hope that’s not happen again and the next time hire enough people to help the customers

There are so many hair braiding shops on Jamaica Ave and yet a black woman will still be followed around the store despite being the target demographic. The woman working there isn't even discreet about following you. Disgusting behavior.
